Welcome to Gawd’s Museum of Dissected Games.
As a developer, I have always felt sorry for games: from the moment they are published and released to the public, they begin to decay. People care less and less about them, and eventually they are considered abandoned by the companies who worked very hard to produce them.
For years now, I’ve been reading Gamasutra’s Post Mortem column and after I finished reading The Ender Saga, I decided to take upon myself the job of Speaker For The Dead. I will speak the death of abandoned games, how they lived and how they were made; the post-mortem that was never written.
Everything that you see here was done in my spare hours, as a hobby (yeah, I know..) Please show your appreciation by dropping a comment. Happy reading!
